Their team was polite and helpful...
I found their service and personal interaction to be fantastic, and I'd comfortably give them four stars. The reason it’s not a full five stars is due to a small delay... When we arrived to pick up our item, there wasn't anyone available who was authorized to show it to us. This led to an hour of waiting, which was a bit frustrating. Despite this, their team was polite and helpful throughout the process, which made up for the inconvenience to some extent.

I would definitely consider using...
I purchased a car from Resolute Consignment Group and had a mostly positive experience, which is why I’m giving them four stars. The car was in impeccable condition and performed flawlessly during the test drive. We encountered no issues on the road, which was a huge relief. However, they forgot to update the license plates, so I ended up driving with expired plates without realizing it until I was quite a distance away. Despite this oversight, they delivered on all their promises and ensured a smooth transaction. I would definitely consider using their services again!
